Founded on the idea
that planning is the project.

LBI was founded in 2020 on a straightforward idea: most problems on a residential project start before construction does. Drawings miss detail. Allowances run thin. Trades get pulled in late. Decisions end up made in the field, under pressure, by the person standing closest to the saw.

We built the company in the other direction. We invest in pre-construction. We scan existing conditions in 3D so we draw against reality, not estimates. Our team brings more than 50 years of combined experience in construction, project development, and field operations — and every job has a project manager you can reach by name.

The work itself is residential design-build remodeling: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and full-home renovations across the south metro. We take on projects where planning, communication, and craftsmanship actually matter.
